It was pretty good actually - bit bland but she did say that in the recipe so can't complain. Made the mushroom sauce to go with it, that was very yummy!
Have also made the ginger-raisin bran...

I'm making the chickpea broccoli casserole for dinner tonight, but halving the recipe which am not too sure about. Will let you all know how it goes though! :D
