    What can you do with Quinoa other than make porridge out of it? Cos I find it pretty bland like that :o

    I do Shotokan karate (Go on www.tradkauk.org...they're the guys I train with).
    Don't worry about taking a long time to grade...the longer it takes before a grading the better you will be :)

    My favourite is museli and soya or out milk. I also really like porridge with added seeds (usually pumpkin, sunflower or sesame) which i think is probably healthier (?)
