Debilitating sugar cravings :dizzy:
^ Those things are vicious!
Aw I love flying foxes!! Great pictures everyone!
I think so. It makes more sense to me. I'm sure there would be others like me sitting there staring at the title trying to figure it out. But hey, if it gets people to really look at the site...
My own disgustingly amazing concoction:
Tapioca pudding with brown rice syrup, puffed rice cereal, and peanut butter. Yumm...
^! That's insane! I'm so glad you're better now :)
Wow this looks fantastic! I get so tired of vegan websites because they seem to be just looking to push their own agendas. This one seems different so kudos!
I like the name "Noneharm"...
^ That's interesting. It's funny how no one seems to make the connection between milk and acne.
My skin has definitely cleared up since going vegan. I get a pimple now and again around my monthly...
Good point. I actually haven't had processed store bought food in almost a year, so I'm going off memory. I'd imagine if I tried some of the stuff I used to eat they'd be way too sweet, salty, etc.
Store-bought items taste good. I'll admit it. But oh do they make me feel horrible after I've eaten them... I prefer to cook my own :)
^ Raw lasagna
Haha, I was an omni technically, but I was lactose-intolerant, and I hated meat and eggs
^ Give them to someone or find out how to return them?
^ Seriously?? That makes me feel so much better. I'll do research about my area...
^ Yeah like if you live where I live, the amount of smog in the air makes it more difficult to get vitamin D from the sun.
Tapioca pudding. Homemade, from scratch.
I saw this on Amazon, and from the reviews, I got the impression that it's just a gimmick.
Quinoa and black beans. A tad too much broth and needed more veggies, but sssooooooo good :D
^ Scary
I already do this when I read labels. If I don't know what it is, I don't buy it. But I like this challenge idea. I'm curious to hear how others have reacted to it.
Did you guys know that hummus is amazing?? I had it on a sandwich for lunch and it was the most amazing sandwich I've ever had. I feel like a kid again, discovering all the great food out there...
Tofu noodle soup. I ate it with chopsticks...only took me like 20 minutes to get the hang of it
Strawberry/banana smoothie with plain soy yogurt. SO good :D
As Americans, we tend to take foods from other countries, dip them in grease, and call them our own. What foods are actually our own? As in dishes or entrées I mean.
Just curious. Thanks :)
First time posting in this thread. I'm actually starting to enjoy food again!
I just had the most amazing tostada. Brown rice tortilla that I crisped in the microwave and cut into fourths; refried...
Yeah that is kind of annoying. I mean, it's great that this dog is going to get a good home (may already have one by now), but there are so many dogs that need good homes
^ Almond Breeze is fantastic.
I have a lot of food intolerances as well (though not soy). Rice Dream works great for me. It's very mild on the digestive system, in my experience.
Became vegan at 15. Stopped a few months later due to a severe depressive episode. Stayed omni due to social pressure. Got over it and went vegan again a month before I turned 17.
:)
^ me too! My mom thinks I'm crazy but I love going to the store.
^ I haven't even thought about that but that's so true!
^
Thanks Korn. I forgot to mention it but I do take a B12 supplement
I think you're right. I tend to over-think everything :o
 Woo hoo go lesbians!
I saw your thread on this. I'll try that thanks.
Thanks I'll definitely take a look at that.
Thank you so much everyone. I feels much better now. I just wanted to make sure I'm not lacking anything, I tend to get pretty concerned about my diet since I have a lot of restrictions.
I'll...
No I'm not concerned about omega 3's. I was just using that as an example.
The way I see it, my brain knows that fish have omega 3's even though I've never tasted it. Maybe you can't crave something you have never eaten, but that wouldn't explain this.
The only fish...
I have this insane craving for fish. It's been months now. And it's not like "oh I miss fish" or anything, it's like my mouth waters when someone says the word. I feel disgusting.
But here's the...
Well that Fox news article was the only one I could find so you guys could read about what I'm talking about. What I actually saw was on a different news station.
...
Yeah, the station reported what some of the people were saying about the fireman. "Waste of money" was all I heard before I walked away.

I saw this on the news a little while ago. The news station said people got mad at the fireman for saving the dog calling it a "waste of money"...
^ Wow, that's powerful. Thanks for sharing :)
