ha yeah i know. there was also vegan coconut creme cake, carrot cake, and pumpkin pie !!! i was overwhelmed, in the best of ways.

my local health food store was selling them .

they never restocked them though ...
i like not eating processed foods because i can't obsessively count calories !!
its out of my control--
its like a form of freedom !!
so i have no idea of how many calories i consume .....
it'll be a few weeks because i'm moving,
but after that i fully intend to make them and i'll let you know.
