    well, i tried it, and it's awesome...the only thing bothering me a bit is the consistency of the caramel. i think i might need to add more cream/marge to it next time, as it turned out extremely...

    i like soya fruit yoghurts, but i was never keen on those, just liked the plain yoghurt...adn unfortunately the soya version tastes very different (at least the ones i've tried)

    the filling is: ground chick peas, bread crumbs, chopped tomatoes, green olives, onion, garli, basil and parsley, all mixed with some olive oil.

    i roast with a non stick pan without oil/spray, and then add raw extra virgin oil after roasting...that way the oil doesn't get heated, and at least the calories aren't "bad", even if the amount is...
