I went and had a great time! Looking forward to 2012's event!

Went to Little Pasta Place again last Saturday....still no Vegan lasagne available despite being on the menu. Will be in town in half an hour or so.....third time lucky?

Went there today to try and get some vegan lasagne....it was on their menu, but they didn't seem to have made any today :(

Well, Portland is my second home, and it was, before I became a Vegan, and even before I became a Vegetarian. It's where my wife is from, and I'll be moving there myself later this year.

So...

Daiya cheese is pretty much the greatest invention ever made.

I had it in Portland, OR, which is where my wife lives and I'll be moving to, soon.
