but i have read that and seen that page before,
but i still don't understand why they would avertise a alpro soya organic milk when
they are trying to sell provamel as the organic...
seen as they are both are the same company,
but provamel is mean't to be the organic range,
so why is alpro soya doing a organic milk,
why have they got a provamel milk and a organic alpro soya...
i don't actually take medication for thyroid now (or adrenals)
because i took thyroxine and it made no difference (i was on 100 mcg)

well, i've had those health problems for a long long time,
and affects me so much that i'm staying in hospital for some tests soon,
but there seems like in my case i gain weight for no reason,...
just normal vegan stuff,
fruit,vegetables and grains ect.
i hardly have any vegan treats,
especially cause' of my hypoglycemia (sugar allergy)
though when i do, i still keep it within my calorie...
i have resently put on alot of weight in a short amount of time,
around 9lbs in around a month (i have became vegan since that time)
with having around 1,600 calories :eek:

the waitress said it was the only one in essex,
maybe it is now because that one is not open anymore LOL
just been there today,
and it was really nice,
it was a big meal because today was sample day,
which meant that you get a little bit of lots of things,
but i thoroughly recomend it.
