Thanks for the heads up, i've always eaten these (UK) and not realised.
I love this question! I'd say yes (obvisouly providing it was vegan and meant for me) :)
Yeah, there is two. The vanilla one isn't labelled very well, just small text on the lid..:I did think it was quiet tasty though :)
Wildflower, you hit the nail on the head for me. I tend to overeat because it feels like the food doesn't hit the spot. Its interesting because its not always just once in a blue moon, sorry I don't...
I just ate a meal but after looking at all these fantastic pictures i'm hungry again! :D
Sorry I just reread your message and realise you've been there for years...
Hi there, I'm in Swansea, about 20 mins away from you. I went to Swansea vegans a year or so back but stopped going too. How are you finding Port Talbot so far? I did an artist in residency in a...
I never used to take any supplements, but I was going through a busy period in uni and my diet was getting effected, so I decided to take a general vegan multi supplement. I have been reading more a...
Its the triangles I'm being taunted by, I doubt I will ever get them...South Wales is never at the fore front of vegan treats.
Some curry rice and broccolli, a big bowl of pasta and a packet of crisps. All your food lists sound really tasty :)
I have an old pair of leather boots (pre-vegan days) and I decided to ware them out, but everytime I put them on I can't bear to wear them. I have to take them off. I've also got a tub of marmite in...
Come on cheese triangles, I bet Pure would love this thread.
I'm so hungry now, all these lunches look so good :)
I've been vegan for about 4 years now and never taken b12, should I have been? I do feel tired all the time. I think I will start, i'm worried i've been doing damage without realising it.
Ah. I see. Thanks for the info.
I heard that cochineal is still non-vegetarian/vegan but can be produced synthetically also. It's just that there is no way of knowing which it is when you buy a product. It's labelled as e120 too....

Perhaps i'm halluncinating and just seeing meat everywhere ha ha!
The vegetable mini spring rolls in China China definately have meat in them, I actually ate a couple without realising and then when I saw the meat I asked a member of staff why it was there and not...
In South Wales every Chinese resturant that I have been too (and it's quite a few) that offer vegetable MINI spring rolls have meat in them. It's just the mini ones not the regular sized spring...
That's a shame, I hope you're okay x
Hey Tina, I think things go walkabout on that desk, we need another volunteer party :)
Hey I work at the Environment Centre too :) this is Sophie
Right, that's it, I must go there
That's great, I can't believe I didn't notice it. Have you been there yet? I used to meet up with the Swansea vegans, but I had to stop going because it fell on a day when I have stuff on.
I live in Swansea, it's not the best place for veganism, but certainly not the worst. Govindas is great. The retreat is a lovely cafe too, it's vegetarian and vegan. There are a couple of swankier...
I didn't realise agave nectar was vegan, I saw it in the health food shop the other day and assumed it was some kind of honey. That's really great that there's a honey alternative. Thanks
I haven't taken any supplements, actually I lie, I have some iron rarely and that's at that time of the month. Maybe I should start.
I lost quite a bit of weight unintentionally when I first started outa s a vegan but now it seems i've put it back on, I didn't realise I was eating more but that must be why. I too have a tummy. :)
Have fun veganavenger, remember to let us know what it's like
That sounds amazing, I'm a vegan artist, this sounds great :)

Thats awesome, I'll be at the Swansea one :)
It's a 50 min train ride to Cardiff, the trains are so frequent back and for its unreal, I asked a friend who went recently to Penarth and she said it took her around 20 mins from Cardiff to Penarth.
oops I didn't mean to just post ''Penarth'', haha. I just checked out Jo's Organic Store, it sounds awesome, Penarth is a short train journey from Cardiff centre,
