Day got off to a slow start,

a bit of fried brown rice, and some almond milk.
But now reading my Uncheese Cookbook, and gearing up for dinner :-)

That's interesting, I've been thinking a lot lately about the possible link between eating meat and cruelty/violence/abuse of others. It seems to me like once someone makes a habit of 'turning off'...

Today I had a macrobiotic lunch, and one of the dishes was tamari braised tofu, I really liked it a lot,super yummy, and not overpowering.

I have a similar issue, only I don't lift weights, and have a hard time keeping on either fat or muscle.
I don't mind being petite, but it is annoying to have to explain I'd look this way whatever...

Sounds kind of funny, but my body-odor practically diminished. And with a deodorant stone, it goes away completely,it didn't when I was just Vegetarian.
