for my two cents i think that tshirt is one of the best supporting a vegan ethos i have ever seen.
i prefer it with just the 100% sentient.
and think that simply the word 'being', in a metaphysical...
I am also shocked that shoppers of a pro vegan company are pro blood sports or knocking LUSH for helping save lives from a bloody barbaric bunch.
Sound nice and rustic, imagine it'd be nice with some lightly grilled bread/pita. yummo, will try this.
I love me the whole earth choc and peanut butter spread atm - but the jar is so ickle.
Yummo.
That hummus looks awesome. I thought i'd given up trying to make my own, but you've inspired me - hopefully this time i can get it to taste right, usually it's well bland, so i go overboard...

I went into pizza express and asked for a cheeseless pizza with extra vegetables. I got a few pepper slices. Not cool.
I don't really want to buy in bulk or on the Internet, so does anyone know a fairly easy substitute for Wheat Gluten i can get in shop? I really want to try the cutlets and beanballs from Veganomicon.
Oooh sounds tempting. Gonna have to buy me some.
Dougnuts!? Vegan? Whaaa?
Croissants, i know and have seen recipes but they all look so hard to me. And doughnuts, also seem like too much fuss to hand make.
Browsing the free from aisle, sainsbury's now seem to stock a chocolate selection box as well as 3 different kinds of 'choc bars'. Didn't pick up the box though, the flavors looked a bit poor.
And...
Thought i'd share these with you, as was a luscious meal: I've arrived back at my parents for a while as they are moving from old family house, and as i walked through the door i found my dad (the...
I've actually gotten to the point where i CANNOT buy peanut butter, as it seriously will not last through a day :D
The idea has always appealed to me from an intrigue side. I've seen it done elsewhere where people sign themselves up for a suprise package of a designated price. The idea of a package of foreign...
Mr Flibble they look bloody fantastic! Wow.
This is all reassuring as i have to attend a family birthday at an omni Italian this Friday. I'm going to ring them tomorrow, and hopefully my experience will be similar.

A pan mediterranean meze style buffet thing.
I asked about the Tiger bread in Morrisons, and the man behind the counter said "no glaze, no animal". He wasn't the most fluent in English. I didn't trust his opinion on it though.
Will be the first thing i do once i'm back in Leeds :D
Summer weather, bah!
Random but: I'm having withdrawals from Leeds bakery 164's hummus, avocado and sun dried tomato sandwich.
If it's only a big supermarket that is available then i'd grab something from the salad bar. Or like loads of others have said: bread + hummus = rustic lunch.

To jump on the Skittles debate: they used to be Vegan in the UK, then they started using shellac. Now they have ditched the shellac again but are using cochineal as a colouring. So still no longer...
A couple of slices of Tofutti Mozarella crumbled up and grated on. Was my first experience of vegan cheese on a pizza, so glad it worked.

Risker, they look lush.
Proper clever idea, i'm going to have to try that.
They look fantastic.
I made a batch of these a few months back and they went down very very well, they were so yummy, you've tempted me to make some more now :D
Does anyone know of any good restaurants in the East Yorkshire/Surrounding area? Coming on my birthday and i fancy a treat wherein my family has to adhere to no meat at a nice restaurant.
Couple slices of jam on toast

I still just love a huge bowl of kids cereal best, swimming in soya milk.
