There was mature cheddar cheezly in my local Asda too! :) I still probably won't shop there much (more vegan stuff in local Sainsbury) but it's great to see! Shame it's not one of the super melting...
Just overcook an xmas pud and leave it to dry out a bit and then shape it like a cake and put marzipan and readyice on it or something ;)

Actually in mine it was nearer the haloumi and feta etc. It's just a little pot saying swedish soft, it's quite inconspicuous, it's not screaming 'VEGAN!!!!! VEGAN!!!!!!!!!!' ;)
