    I found that Morrisons do a Value Malt Loaf for like 29p.

    I was looking for low sugar foods...and this one works out like a nice treat. Great with pure and jam.

    Thats how I cook my rice too. You can half-tsp of tumeric to make it a nice colour, add crushed garlic for taste or even some cashew nuts.

    Have you thought about a shisha pipes - for when you go camping. The smoke is cooled through water, so less harmful I think. They are for use with a group of people - so it is sociable and enjoyable.

    I am moving up to Bradford in Jan 2010 for a new job. I will be checking out the vegan scene and reporting back here with my finds.
