^ Gattona is right about syns too. You'll start off with about 12 to 15 a day, you can save them up for a weekend drinkies sesh if that's your thing..or take them daily so yu can have 'treaty' stuff...
Roast veg..any combos..fry light stock powder, herbs, spices, mix up with grains...rice..pasta..quinoa..millet..couscous..all free if you tweak it about right.
i use masses of veg/salads..and use...
i wore a black top, some yoga pants..yeah, get me..and some falling to bits rocket dogs (as is my usual footwear these days). Probably a better pair of trainers wouldve been good, but i don't own...
