this is my list of what's crucial:

frozen spinach
fruit - depending on what's in season
herbal tea
in cold weather: oatmeal with cinnamon, raisins & peanut butter
in warm weather: frozen banana smoothie with cocoa powder, peanut butter & vanilla

This is the recipe my husband & I came up with. I think it is delicious ;)
2 cans chick peas (drained)
½ cup chick pea liquid (from the can)
3 tbsp tahini
2 tsp minced garlic

i enjoyed a creative smoothie of frozen banana, frozen blueberries, vanilla soy milk, and some cocoa powder and walnuts. :)
i avoid the following for the most part:

high fructose corn syrup
caffeine

i made these at thanksgiving. they came out a bit raw but were delicious! i think you have to love pumpkin though, which i do! be careful to bake thoroughly and you will not be disappointed!
i see you are on the east coast... if you have stop & shop i have been using the stop & shop natural brand "nature's promise" whole wheat wraps. i think that they live in the fridge section :)
