Well, after a week of healthy eating, I weighed myself this morning. I was 11st 11lb, down from 12st 1lb last week. So I'm happy! :)
Well, so far so good!
Have managed to steer clear of my usual weak spots. Had a hot chocolate yesterday while I was out, which no doubt had a fair few calories in but at least I've not had any...
