    kelp is very high in iodine and is generally helpful for hypothroidism. you can either just eat the kelp, or cook with it or you can take it in pill or liquid form.

    i also love adding potatoes to my braekfast/brunch! but my fave is tofu scramble with green onion and spinach for sure! i'd add a picture, but i'm not quite sure how to do that yet! :)
