For breakfast/brunch I had a glass of water, a small cup of coffee with Silk French Vanilla coffee creamer, tofu scramble with sesame seeds and red onion. Running out of groceries so no fruit or...
i also love adding potatoes to my braekfast/brunch! but my fave is tofu scramble with green onion and spinach for sure! i'd add a picture, but i'm not quite sure how to do that yet! :)
