I def eat enough...I probably eat 2000 or 2500 cals a day. I'm about 5'5 and weigh around 130 lbs. I just hate that my stomach jiggles and that my arms jiggle and bleh.
I eat TONS of apples...I've eaten up to 6 in one day before :D
I also eat peanut butter pretty much every day...and coffee.
I've been trying to lose weight for 6 years now. I run 6 days a week and try to work in some weight training every once in awhile. I eat healthy pretty much every day with the occasional chocolate...

Wow that's weird I've never heard of that before. The kind I had was just seaweed with some kind of small whiteish seeds. But maybe the jellyfish is in the seasoning or "sauce" of some seaweed...

I agree. Not eating enough food will make you keep on weight too...your body slows down metabolism and stores away fat cause it thinks you're starving.
Definitely eat more!
