    I've been Vegan for 6 years and Ovo-Lacto-Vegetarian for 2 years before that.
    I have never had problems with B12, as far as I have read this type of anemia doesn't HAVE to do with diet.

    Hey there, good work on cutting out the fats.
    The only fats I eat are from fruits/vegies/beans/nuts I eat.
    But when I'm cooking I use a little olive oil.
    You still need to get some good fats in...
