I've made about half of the recipes in this book and seitan picatta, yuca tortillas with tropical avocado salsa, and rumnog pecan cookies are my favorites!
I made apple cobbler and pumpkin pie from this book and they were fantastic.
I looks like they only have gluten free special order large cheescakes though. I wonder if they have any peronal size snacks available- cupcakes, cookies ect.

It seems like there are alot of food products here that people can't get other places. Mostly junk food like newman o's, tings, peanut chews and other stuff like vital wheat gluten, puffins, liquid...
