I have half of a kilo of sunflower seeds left. I don't like it in soups, smoothies, pates nor bars.
When I google dishes with sunflowers I get as a result bunch of breads (shaped as sunflower)....
Can somebody suggest a good book about pregnancy with vegan diet? Possibly the one you read. (I can search Amazon on myself but need recommendation)
I did some mixture of both recipes.
Home made pastry and tofu from local.
It crumbles, short in diameter, but tasty.

Where do you get proteins if you move out grains/seeds?
I'm trying to learn more about phytic acid. For now there's one solution wide mentioned:
fermentation + cooking/frying
