Re: Vegan Foods I Avoid for Health
I avoid adding salt to food and do not use refined sugar when baking/cooking. Once in a while I'll have something fried, but I try to avoid fried foods.
I haven't eaten any french fries or anything...

I became Vegetarian in September 2005 and wasn't even thinking about veganism at that point...
