    I buy the yam noodles - also called konnyaku or Shirataki. It's delicious in soups! It tastes nothing like actual yams so if that's what you're hoping for, I think a homemade version like the one...

    Hi, I'm new here but I'd love to know what brand of soymilk everyone favors? I was told to watch out for carrageenan and the only brand I've found to be without is VitaSoy.
