    Just had email from Kelloggs UK , as they currenlty have 295g packs of cerials
    without vitamin D listed on the ingrediends/nutrition info. They have confirmed
    this is a mis print and they do...

    Just devoured a box of raspberry cupcakes from these guys in Lewes, very yummy and they are vegans so know what they're talking about, unlike the bakery in Brighton, that gave me 'vegan' cupcakes...

    Eyesight

    Since becoming vegan my eyesight seems to have detioriated, just a coincidence?

    Anyone have any suggestions for what I may be missing in my diet?
