    If I use instant coffee (Kenco etc) i use freshly boiled water and add a dash of cold water before adding the Alpro. It never curdles and comes out exactly the right temperature for me to drink...

    The first time I went to the US (in the mid 90s) I was shocked by some of the obesity I saw. Nowadays I am no longer shocked because the UK is just as bad.
