    I dont think i have malabsortion disease. My symptoms started after a week or two of veganism, sudenly and strongly. I have been never felt similar like those. Thats way i think is about vegan diet....

    I mean, if you take once 10mg, you will have those symptoms. But if you intake tha half, or a quarter of this amount for mounth, or years it probably might couse different effects.
