    Since you went from drinking such little water it is not unusual that your body would retain what you have been giving it. I'd recommend that you wait a week and see then, you should be more regular.

    All you have to do is freeze some bananas and process or blend them to the ice cream like consistency you desire. I like to add peanut butter and cinnamon. Sometimes I'll add in chocolate, too.
