Vegmonkey thanks for your response, and sharing your experiences. I did get my period about three days late but that was really unusual for me.
I guess everyone is completely different when it comes...
You're right...it doesn't always change anything at all for everyone, but for me my skin is the thing that has changed the most. My periods have also become less painful I can say that much, the pain...
Thanks so much! :D
thats reassuring to know. Maybe it's just a random thing with no explanation....:undecided:
This has never ever happened to me before, so it is kind of worrying. It's not the norm for me to skip a period. It's just very odd.
Thanks! I was just worried slightly thinking there must be some major problem?! I hope it arrives soon.. I get a little paranoid sometimes.

Hey,
Interesting! Glory, Sometimes my legs go 'numb' or pins and needle-y if i've been in one position too long but doubt its because of low b12....the tingling in my finger magically stopped on...

Hello all,
I have had a tingling sensation in the tip of my left index finger for 8 days, sometimes it spreads to the thumb and other fingers but is mainly in the index finger. I am worried it is...
Hi, thanks for that link to the thread above. It makes sense. I agree that plants do not have a brain/heart etc. When I said we couldn't prove them not feeling any pain, I meant spiritually. It's...
Oooh can you please tell me where I can get it and what it's called? Thanks :-)
Thank you! you've really helped me with ideas. Unfortunately I'm allergic to banana :( but I will try the other ideas out. I do eat nuts a lot and recently bought some flax seeds, which I'm going to...

Since becoming vegan, one of my friends said to me, "what about plants? don't they have feelings/can feel pain when you pluck/cut/chop them? they are living too!" I have to say I agree with her but...
Hello everyone, I'm new to this forum and a recent vegan (still not 100% but almost). Up until 2 months ago I ate a very plant based diet but still ate fish, honey, eggs, and the occasional chicken....
