    I use a mini cutter- and then put the big bits underneath the stars so it looks pretty, but no waste :)

    It's Friday so I get some treats today.

    The top box is veggie rice with tofu stars...

    The bottom has a cucumber and berry tomato salad on the right and on the left is a vegan cream cheese puffy...

    I believe that calories from fat should be around 25%-30%- on a 1200 kcal diet this is around 33g :)

    On a 1500 kcal diet, this would be between 42g-50g :)

    I have just got back from a trip to Colorado with BA, and on the way out there the food was good. All marked with the ingredients and all the 'standard' sides were vegan too, not just the main part....

    What Marrers suggested is a good way to break out of a plateau- Tom Venuto mentions it in his e-book, and I've read quite a lot about it :)

    There are no special wristbands to get in to the camping bit (I've been since 2002) :) No-one checks- you basically go from the main arena to the campsite, there's no 'entrances' to the actual camp...
