Re: Aging and plant based food

Shouldn't this be titled "Male aging and plant based food"?
  4. Re: seriously? starbuck's pumpkin spice syrup has milk in it?

Yes, it's always had dairy in it. There are some good online recipes for a similar drink that use canned pumpkin.

I am not sure that it was taking the wounded back to the nest for nursing...more like dinner.
  11. Re: Might sound bonkers... But I'm an adult, and am TALLER since being vegan!

As I found out after being in a body cast and lying down for 6 weeks, your spine can 'plump up' temporarily, the discs decompress a bit.

Re: Good vegan alternative to coffee cream

The Trader Joe's soy creamer is very good as well, and cheaper than the Silk, if you have a TJs near you.
  18. Re: Long term vegan, Period two days late -any vegan females with same problem?

I was regular like clockwork most of my menstrual days, but twice I skipped. Now I'm in the perimenopausal phase so all bets are off!
  19. Re: Long term vegan, Period two days late -any vegan females with same problem?
