It's nice on cereals (the Alpro light), but for tea etc, I prefer the Tesco value to all the others.
When they ran out recently I was inconsolable! Alpro tastes like custard in tea.

Their value mince pies are vegan (labelled as such) and are only 49p, I like them, bit heavy on the pastry, but not as many calories as some non vegan ones.
On the subject of those ready meals...
I've put on a couple of pounds since becoming vegan (from strict veggie) 3 months ago.
I think my gain is due to having soya milk in my tea, as I use quite alot, and it's not low fat. Alpro have...
I made this and it is lovely. I stupidly left it in the oven for too long as it took a while to brown, but it is nontheless one of the best cheesecakes I've eaten.
I used some EnerG egg replacer in my banana bread and it was fab!
I bought the Asda High Bran, which is listed in the Animal Free Shopper. Not only is it half the price, it actually tastes much better than the Kelloggs one, so if you can, buy that one.
Thanks for that; I think I will contact Keloggs and ask them what makes the difference.
Meanwhile, off to Asda!
As a newie, I can't make out what's not vegan in All Bran. It seemsto have the same ingredients as other Kellogg cereals which ARE listed as vegan.
Does anyone know of a similar high fibre cereal...
