I just made pizza last week with tomato sauce, vegan cheese, mushrooms, garlic, red pepper flakes, and sprouts. So yummy!
I've only switched to a vegan diet two weeks ago but my skin is already much clearer and looks almost glowy. I'm hoping this becomes a regular thing.
Ack! I'm keeping my fingers crossed for Greenville, SC...

Very interesting stuff. I already have strange tastes in food, I can only imagine that I'll crave some outrageous salty/sweet foods!

Breakfast/lunch: mini pita with hummus and edamame
Snacks: pretzels with peanut butter, snapea crips, roasted edamame
Dinner: small salad, bread, cereal (it was a baddd night in the dining hall)...
1/2 pack of Lance Choc-O cookies
pretzel nuggets w/ peanut butter
edamame
pita bread with hummus
pizza from Brixx
roasted edamame
