I am absolutely addicted to roasted cauliflower :
Just break the cauliflower up into small florets, toss in a little olive oil, sea salt and pepper, spread on a cookie sheet and put it in a 400...

My local sushi place makes a peanut avocado roll - whole peanuts and avocado all wrapped up in the rice and nori.
It's SO good!!! crunchy and soft and delicious... yum.. now i want some :)
