    Same as. The small differences matter though I think. I will usually go to a health shop first before hitting Tesco on days my children are not at school for convenience.

    I find the nearest thing to a meaty texture is mushrooms marinaded in tamari, lemon and red onion (leave in fridge a couple of hours)

    I don't think you should be counting calories on a raw lifestyle. You sound healthy enough to me. Considering you have only been raw for 2 days...perhaps you will get the results you want in time,...
