There are so many different kinds of tofu, maybe you haven't found the right one yet? ;)
My favourites are graffiti tofu terrine, and tofu fillets. Taifun make them both.

Vegetarians should only eat vegetarian cheese, that made with NON animal rennet. The usual source of rennet is the stomach of slaughtered newly-born calves.
