Tofu is my favorite thing to put in sandwiches.
Tempeh is a second favorite.
And anything with veganaise or hummus is also great.

Today I had three whole wheat sandwiches filled with fresh tofu, drizzeld with flax oil and topped with nutritional yeast. Delicious... (then I had cake, a salad, soup, two bananas with A LOT...
