    I can't drink ordinary black tea with soya milk because it tastes wrong to me, so I've swapped to chai with a splash of soya milk and that's lovely. Coffee with soya milk is okay.

    Breakfast: Porridge and 2 bananas

    Lunch: Fried tofu and veg rice

    Dinner: Bit bizarre - 2 nut cutlets and a Chinesey veg stew from the crockpot, followed by 2 soya desserts.

    No I've started to hear that a lot (and from vegetarians who eat dairy), which quite surprised me. Perhaps they're trying to pre-empt their assumption that I will judge them.
