I like to slice it very thinly and fry it in a little coconut oil. Then I sprinkle it with a little salt or one of those spice mixes for beef or chicken or something like that. Or I pour a little soya sauce on them while they are still in the pan and toss them well until they are covered with sauce. A teaspoon of curry paste and a splash of soya milk makes a nice creamy curry sauce. Sometimes I dice the tofu, sometimes I slice it.

. I dried it a bit, cut it in half length-wise through the middle of the block, shoved it in an oven dish, slopped soy sauce over it and smeared it with smooth peanut butter, then baked it for 15 minutes .
It's prepared like chicken strips, or chicken fingers, and you freeze and thaw it out beforehand to get that awesome texture. Yum!
