well, let us just ask (force) our friends to go vegan as a sign of respect for all those animals they eat on a daily basis... who knows? perhaps they'll like it!!

Oh they will have raw vegan stuff!! (I've been raw for a month) ...that is excellent. Might make this one instead of the other.

Can someone tell me, which is better- World Vegan Day or the Cruelty Free Expo?

    Both are good.

WVD is bigger with more stuff, but CFE is great and more up close and personal and you get a show bag.

I go to both even though it's a 2 hour drive for me because I think both events deserve our support.

It would be nice to meet some of you there

I would like to say Gidday Claire. I'll meet you at the Animal Lib stall at 12 how's that? I have long brown wavey hair, dark brown eyes about 5"4 and will be looking around confused and dazed as I won't know what you look like

Did anyone see those guys across the street from the park having a meat bbq? They were so doing it on purpose. How immature!

I didn't see that, but that is really immature, some people are so ignorant...

I didn't know you were going Sticky or I would have organised to say Gidday while we were there.

I did meet the lovely Claire and friend though.

Missed out on the great muffins due to current weight loss goals.

I didn't think it was a s good this year as last. I was disappointed as I wanted to buy some moisturiser and 2 books 'the ethics of eating' & 'the china study'. There were lots of these sort of things last year, but this year not many.

I bought: a bag with goodies $5; hand scrub $5; sourdough bread (forgotten price); soy scented candle $8; vegan badge for Connor $1.50 and wrist band 'vegan do it better' (cause I know this to be true) $1.50 from Animal Lib.

I spent $21 this year. Last year I spent $250.

I ended up having to go to Chadestone for some moisturiser.

I regret that I didn't buy some 'no sweat' greens sneakers.
