I was wondering, from what I understand, most organic produce is grown using manure, and manure usually has vitamin B12 in it, so wouldn't organically grown food have B12 in it?

No, I don't think so since we religiously wash our produce to death. I think there might be a thread or two about this in the B12 subforum.
