take a whole wheat pita, then spread a nice amount of the hummus of your choice on top.

then take about 5 small broccoli pieces (about nickel sized, there should be just enough to get broccoli in every bite) and spread them around on top of the pita. the perfect sized brocclis to use are the miniature ones along the outside of the stalk, if not you can cut some little heads in half.

then take about 5 dime sized cuts of carrot and spread them around so it's about 1 in every bite. the cuts of carrot and broccoli should be small so that they don't overwhelm the softness of the sandwich in your mouth, they should add just a noticable amount of crunch.

finally take the little stalks off the ends of two big spinach leaves(each one should be large enough to cover half the pita) and space them out so they cover the whole pita. then fold it in half and enjoy~!
