Vegan wedding cake in Sydney?

Hello I'm a vegan living in the UK, but am getting married to my Australian fiance in Sydney next March 2007. We want a vegan wedding cake, ideally with tiers of vegan cupcakes, but can't find a traditional baker who has done this before or is brave enough to try!
If you know of a person or company who can do this, please let me know.
In addition, are there recommendations for the best vegan cake recipe?

try soul veg, I know they have "cheese" cakes not to sure about wedding cakes (they may make it for you any how..) Boy, their cakes are yummy!!!

A good place to try is the vegan restaurant Green Gourmet. They have two sites actually and their foods are delicious. They even make their own ice cream etc, so it is possible they may do a wedding cake. This is their website http://www.greengourmet.com.au/green_flash.htm
