    Default Creamy Peanut Sauce

    Great with pasta and vegetables!

    Makes 10 servings, 2 T. each

    1/2 c. peanut butter
1/2 to 1 tsp. of dried grated ginger (depending on tastes)
    2-4 garlic cloves, minced
    1/2 to 2/3 c. water
    2 T. tamari

Blend ingredients in food processor. WARNING: Stir water in with other ingredients first with a spoon, as leakage may occur when initially starting up mixer. This has happened twice in Artichoke's kitchen and is not fun to clean up.

The sauce will thicken upon cooling in refrigerator. It will keep up to one week.

    2 T. has 70 calories.

I've had a spicy version of it, and yes, it is great with stir fries.
