When your seeds have sprouted how do you store them? Do you have to make sure they are completely dry before storing them.
    Thanks

I just eat mine straight from the sprouter, VeganGran.

I sometimes get ones in my vegetable box that can be stored for a while in the fridge and they seem fairly dry now you mention it but I'm not sure how they survive without water

There is a bit about storage here: http://www.sproutpeople.com/grow/refrigerate.html

    The close up looks pretty.
Do you know if 'leaf' beet seed sprouts would be edible?
I suppose I eat a few and see what happens?
Problematic is waking someone whom pretends to sleep.

No I don't know I'm afraid but the sprouts of most (entirely*) edible plants seem to be edible, don't they, famous last words?

I think the problem with the beetroot sprouts, apart from the low gemination rate which could just be a problem with that batch, is the tough husks. I found I could wash some of them away, but not all.

    * not sure about rhubarb sprouts

I just did a batch of coriander sprouts that worked quite well, a very good alternative for when you can't grow it.
