    Default Best wheat-free bread?

So far I have tried millet bread (can't think of the manufacturer just now). I enjoy the taste and how dense the bread is, but the slices are very small. What other good wheat-free breads are out there? Please answer even if the bread is only available in the UK, as I have a friend who travels to London frequently. TIA.

theres a rye bread that i really like - its found at the bottom shelf in the bread section at whole foods for my one back home - you just have to refrigerate it after you open it.

Thanks Wishin. Can I ask, does it have a mild or a strong rye taste?

I've recently gone yeast-free and wheat-free (but not entirely gluten-free). Does any one have a favourite home-made bread recipe?
I don't mind if it's for loaves or rolls or whatever. I'm looking for a recipe to make a large batch and then freeze portions for use later. At the moment I buy 2 loaves a month of a yeast-free rye bread that costs about $5.50 a loaf. Surely I could bake something for myself that's cheaper than that? Any ideas?
If I didn't say it, don't assume it.

i have tried a couple brands of rice bread, they were very dense and unsatisfying and grainy. I also tried a loaf of this quinoa based bread and it had a very strong flavour (not too great for sweet toppings). I make my own corn bread which is quite lovely but not traditional bread and I have tried out a recipe which can be make with or without yeast which is a combo of flours.

I tried her yeast version and it actually rose and turned out wonderful:
