    They are certainly better than commercial chips!
    I don't consider any cooked oils to be "healthy" or "health-building".
    That being said, they are a better choice than many other snack foods!

    am i better off leaving them out of my diet as a whole or will i still be just as healthy having them every now and then?

    *puts blue corn chips on shopping list* i never bought them b/c i thought they would taste like regular tortilla chips.
