The Salad Scoffer by Ronny (Animal Aid)

I really like this book(let!). It's written down to earth and funny, and the measurements are in grams and spoons for a change

I've just realised I haven't actually made anything out of it yet, but I should do, because it's yummy looking stuff, and seems quite straightforward, simple, and easy!

Has anyone actually made something from it (as opposed to browse & drool as I do?!)

i have this and the Cake Scoffer. i think they're both funny and i like the style and drawings.

i've only made the raw energy walnut loaf and it was really nice. i have made something very similar to the eggish salad but it was from another recipe. i should use the book more i guess.

Is this available outside of the UK?

Animal Aid sell it through their shop but they charge £25 to ship outside the EU so... might be better to try and find it somewhere in Canada (or get someone in the UK to buy it for you and post it themselves!).
