    Exclamation Any Ideas for a Flat Stomach?

    I began doing sit ups for about 3 weeks but then...didn't work on my tummy...any ideas for what else to do? Thanks!

    to actually get rid of the flab on your tummy, uve got to lose the fat itself. and the only way youre going to do that is by cardio workouts. anything that gets your heart pumping. situps are only strengthening the muscle underneath the fat.

    I agree. Try walking, running, bicycling, elliptical training.

    Yoga may also help.

    You have to also make sure you are doing the situps correctly! Sounds silly, but some people donīt pull their stomachs in when they do a situps -


    Personally, I find Pilates workouts to be the best stomach flattners.

    Since I went vegan, my abdomen has shrunk - even though I am not much thinner, the abdomen is smaller!

    I think the only way that for sure will give you a flat stomach is - reincarnation.

    oh god pilates is a miracle. twenty minutes three times a week will make a miraculous difference. believe me ive done it!
