Jermaine Jackson is vegan according to this.
I couldn't see where it said he is vegan but I always watch BB so I will see what he eats!

Where?
The article must have been edited, so I've changed it to another. I wonder if he just eats a vegan diet though.
The page has changed.
In his paragraph it said something like: "About the diet... I am vegan"
Cheers for the edit
Hmm. That'll be interesting.. He is very quiet apparently, so I hope he at least can explain coherently why he is vegan.
How good it is to be well-fed, healthy, and kind all at the same time. Henry J. Heimlich
Might watch it now to see what happens.
The Indian acress, Shilpa, She supports PETA. She could be veg*n. (Wikipedia)
But another person in the house, Jo O'Meara, apparently breeds dogs. (Gossip blog entry)

i dont watch it at all but leo's got my vote to win - although i've got a funny idea he may be an annoying person, and i dont base that thought on anything of substance, just my own bigoted thoughts
I found this page about Shilpa Shetty, apparently she's not even vegetarian - http://www.veganporn.com/1052277638.html

I totally agree, Zorbed.

Actually I think there are alot of people who say they don't like racism and vote for the BNP. They can usually be found using that immortal line "I'm not racist but...".
I think it's very similar to this, people justify how they live to themselves so they can behave how they like and not feel guilty about it. I justify using my PC and TV etc for entertainment even though I know it's destroying the environment, it's an easy thing to do.
"I don't want to live on this planet any more" - Professor Hubert J. Farnsworth
Most technology destroys the environment. To me though, aslong as what good i do for the environment is a large amount, then my personal balance of destruction is more towards saving the evironment.
In an ideal world though, heh.
And i really hate hate hate the BNP. Though, they don't post flyers/leaflets on the road i live now. But at my old house, they did quite a lot. I used to chase them off my road, horrible scum.
Just flicked over to it and caught Jermaine asking someone for scrambled eggs.

A few minutes later now I saw him say he doesn't drink milk... perhaps the egg thing was meant as a joke?

The stupid show has taken an ugly turn!! I don't understand why the show is still on. Glad that Carphone warehouse has pulled off its sponsorship of the programme. Stop the show and pull those racist lewd dirts to court!

Yeah, it's not so nice at the moment. I'm not sure Jade is being racist though (not sure about Danielle). I think she's "just" culturally ignorant. I think Shilpa is being amazingly calm.

Racism doesn't have to be an obvious thing. They're dividing the group as women often do, and their ignorance of her culture and manner is what's helping the divide. To me that's still racism and it happens every day outside the BB house.
I'm about to send you a pm Sam, I need to ask you a drumming question
anyway, back to Big Brother - I saw my first bit of it last night. Didn't see anything about food at all though. Saw a bit on the racism stuff though.
I don't think Jade is being 'racist' in the conventional sense. I don't think she dislikes Shilpa based on her race, but rather based on her looks, education, class etc. However, she does use racial remarks as a tool to hurt her which could obviously come across as racist.
I read on the bbc site some views of Indian families about the whole thing. One family said it had been blown out of proportion, and another guy said it's made him change the way he thinks about the British. Personally, I don't think you should judge the British based on Jade Goody.
I understand what you're saying, but I'm only going by what I've observed in nearly every social group I've been around. (some) women seem to divide groups very easily, wheras (some) men tend to victimise people in a one on one fashion. Men seem to be very agressive whilst women seek the backing of others in theor group. There are of course exceptions.
Either way I'm referring to the lowest common denominators and not women or men in general. I'd just say that in my experience women and men with small minds and large anxieties tend to work in very different ways.
My apolagies if I've caused any offence. I'd prefer it if everyone got along well.
Yes, he is a vegan
At the offical web site of BB UK its written that he said:
"I'm taking part maybe to get over my shyness. It should be interesting. But the diet? I'm vegan."

Actually zorbed, you're probably right. Lowest common denominator etc. God that makes me want to cry
