    Default the paradiso cafe cookbook

i just got myself this "little" georgeous cookbook. i'm amazed. it's kind of basic, but gives great ideas og what to serve, how to cook it, and how to make it look nice a lot of the recipes are very easy to veganize, exept from the desserts.
it's very posh, but makes me drool - which can be kind of hard.
it IS an exepensive cookbook, compared to most of my other ones, but it's hardcover, and that does make the book more pricey. but i know, that this is one, that i'm gonna use a lot.

notice, that this is a vegetarian cookbook - not a vegan one!

    I give it 4,5 carrots

I kick myself that I walked past this cafe every day on my way to class while I was at UCC and never went in for dinner. (As I recall, I was too broke to eat out, but still, I wonder what I missed.) Anything in particular that's challenging with the desserts? A lot of custards and ice creams? Or is it more pastry?

i was in the resaturant and the food was not very vegan friendly. The Quay co-op is far better
