    Question Dulse Flakes

I was just looking over some raw food recipes and saw an ingredient called "dulse flakes." Any idea what those are?

Oddly enough my rather unfriendly boss, when finding out I was vegan asked me if I liked dulse. I've never tried it, I tend to shy away from seaweed of all types.. but it it supposed to be choc full of iron and I think B6. I've heard claims that it has a ton of B12 too but who knows if we're talking about analogues or not. You can buy it in chunks by the bag or they grind it to make flakes.

Thanks! I'm cool with seaweed. Good to know.
